Mark Britt
Mark BrittCo-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mark has dedicated his career to building agile, disruptive digital companies in emerging markets.

Leading global technology and media companies in Asia Pacific, he recognised an opportunity to transform the entertainment landscape in emerging markets which were in many ways fragmented and inconsistent in infrastructure development and largely neglected by global influences and players. In 2014, he co-founded iflix to redefine entertainment for the next billion people.

Prior to founding iflix, Mark served as CEO of Nine Entertainment Co’s digital arm Mi9, where he was responsible for the company’s SVOD investments and portfolio of start up ventures.

Marc Barnett
Marc BarnettChief Operating Officer
Marc is a senior executive with a strong track record in growing businesses, leading large teams, and developing and building effective work cultures.

Marc was named the Australian Financial Review Boss Magazine ‘Young Executive of the Year’ in 2014 and also AdNews’ 2012 ‘Top 40 under 40’.

Emmanuel is one of the world’s foremost digital technology experts and strategists. Prior to iflix, Emmanuel was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Walt Disney International, where he oversaw IT operations across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
SEAN CAREY
SEAN CAREYChief Content Officer
Sean is a global content expert, with more than two decades of experience in digital media, content acquisition and distribution, and strategic planning.

Sean most recently served as Vice President, Global Television at Netflix, where he was responsible for all licensed television series, kids and family content, and co-productions for the Netflix service in all territories. Prior to Netflix, Sean held executive roles in strategic content, digital distribution and corporate development at Sony Corporation and its filmed entertainment subsidiary, Sony Pictures Entertainment.

NEIL CORKIN
NEIL CORKINChief Financial Officer
Neil is a commercially minded, strategic and forward thinking executive with 19 years experience in finance, strategy and M&A within the media sector in Australia and the UK.

Prior to iflix, Neil was Chief Financial Officer at Fox Sports Australia.

MELANIE STONE
MELANIE STONEGlobal Director of Programs
With more than 16 years’ experience in global project management, business management and consultancy, Melanie brings extensive expertise and a proven track record in leading business change, process improvement and international expansion.

At iflix, Melanie is a member of the senior executive team and leads all major projects across iflix’s global business.

Prior to iflix, Melanie held senior roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London, Balmain Corporation, and KPMG.

MAYUR PATEL
MAYUR PATELChief Executive Officer of Kwesé iflix
Mayur leads Kwesé iflix, the groundbreaking joint venture between iflix and Econet Media, leading the company’s expansion into sub-Saharan
Africa.

Prior to this role, Mayur was Head of Strategy and Corporate Development for Econet Media, where he led Econet’s mobile video, OTT operations and business development units. He has extensive expertise in media and telco businesses and strategy.

JONAS ENGWALL
JONAS ENGWALLHead of Asia
With more than 14 years’ experience in broadcasting and television, Jonas brings extensive expertise and a proven track record for leading business growth and international expansion.

As founding CEO of RTL CBS Asia Entertainment Network, he spearheaded the launch of two of the company’s channels across 19 Asian markets. He previously served as Vice President at RTL Group Asia (RTL), where he led the Group’s expansion into India and Asia, which included the launch of RTL’s Indian Channel. Prior to RTL, he was instrumental in the expansion of Modern Times Group’s free-to-air television business into emerging markets in Eastern Europe.

JOHN SAAD
JOHN SAADCEO of iflix MENA
An experienced leader in the telecom industry with more than 15 years of experience in the field of telecoms, John assumed a number of strategic roles with some of the world’s industry leaders.

Prior to joining iflix, John held strategy roles with Vodafone Qatar and Egypt, as well as Mobily, KSA.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Mass Communication with a specialization in Integrated Marketing Communication from the American University in Cairo with a minor in Economics.

PEGGY LEE
PEGGY LEEGlobal Director - PR & Communications
Peggy oversees communications strategies and execution for the group, ensuring that the company’s visions and values are delivered as a cohesive message to the media, internal and external stakeholders, and customers.

Prior to iflix, she served as Corporate Communications Director for leading emerging markets investment group, Catcha Group. Previously based in Australia, she has extensive experience in marketing communications and public relations, having held senior roles at a number of investment and technology firms.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from University of California, Los Angeles.

ANDY PATERSON
ANDY PATERSONGlobal Director of Product
Andy is a technology professional with extensive experience in delivering best in class products. Prior to joining iflix, he was Chief Product Officer for Rocket Internet’s Somuchmore, where he oversaw product strategy, innovation and development.

He previously held senior roles leading product development and user experience at BSkyB and Onefootball, where he was awarded a number of awards for product design and innovation, including Apple’s Top 100 Apps of All Time, Apple’s Best iOS7 Apps 2013 and Royal Television Society Innovation Award.

Andy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Authoring and Design from the University of Coventry, and Post Graduate degree in Communication Studies from the University of Brighton.

EMILY GEBBETT
EMILY GEBBETTHead of Legal and Business Affairs - Corporate
Emily heads iflix’s legal function.

Trained and qualified as a corporate lawyer at Allen & Overy LLP, Emily held positions as in-house counsel at 21st Century Fox and Sky prior to joining iflix.

She holds a Master of Arts in Law and Modern & Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.

MARK FRANCIS
MARK FRANCISGlobal Director of Original Programming
Mark is an award-winning executive producer and commissioner with over a decade of experience in creating innovative programming across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and Latin America. As head of Original Programming for iflix, he is responsible for bringing the company’s original content strategy to life, across genres that include scripted drama, feature film, comedy, and factual entertainment.

Francis previously served as VP of Commissioning and Regional Programming for National Geographic Partners in London. Prior to that, he was Head of Production for Fox Networks Group APAC & Middle East, and began his TV broadcasting career at Discovery Networks Asia Pacific.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Goldsmiths, University of London.

CRAIG GALVIN
CRAIG GALVINHead of Studio2:15
With more than two decades of experience in content creation, business development and creative direction, Craig is recognised globally as a digital media expert.

He most recently served as Executive Producer on the highly acclaimed campaign, Louder Together, for global phenomenon, non-profit organization, Global Citizen. As founder of one of Australia’s leading digital agencies, The White Agency (now whiteGREY), he additionally produced multiple award-winning campaigns for several Fortune 500 companies, including Commonwealth Bank and Tourism Australia.

BRUNO GAGLIARDO
BRUNO GAGLIARDOGlobal Director of Data Analytics
Passionate about data and advanced analytic., Bruno has been working in science and data analytics for more than 10 years.

Prior to iflix, he was a research associate in the biophysics department at King’s College London University and lead data scientist at The Walt Disney Company in business intelligence International team.

Bruno currently leads iflix’s data engineering, business intelligence, insight and data science groups, delivering reporting, insights and science solutions across the different functions.

Bruno holds a PhD in protein engineering from the Paris Medicine School, Descartes and an Executive Masters in Strategy and Management of Health Industries from ESSEC Business School.

GWEN DELHUMEAU
GWEN DELHUMEAUGlobal Content Planning & Analysis Director
Gwen has 13-years work experience in the entertainment industry having worked across all content formats from mobile ringtones, to games, digital e-book, music and now TV & Movies. She brings extensive expertise in how consumers enjoy content in a converged world as well as years of commercial experience in cross-platform digital licensing rights.

At iflix, Gwen oversees the Global Financial Planning and Content strategies team where her remit is to turn data into story-telling and actionable insights as well as devise content strategies that allow the company to optimise content spend and user engagement.

Prior to this role, Gwen served as Global Business Development Director at Sony Music where she was responsible for negotiating and closing digital music deals with global business partners across EMEA and APAC including Spotify, Apple and Deezer.

ADEANA GREENLEE
ADEANA GREENLEEGlobal Director of Go to Market
Adeana brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing, corporate and strategy experience to her role, including the planning and execution of large scale, culturally-nuanced campaigns and programs for multinational corporations and startups.

Prior to iflix, she founded Ogilvy Public Relations Myanmar, the country’s largest and most influential public relations firm.

Adeana holds a bachelors degree from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study with a concentration in journalism and
communications.

Emma is a commercially strategic and operational Human Resources professional with over 15 years’ international experience working within dynamic MNCs and start-up organisations.
DOMINIC LYNCH
DOMINIC LYNCHGlobal Digital Marketing Director
Dominic is a digitally focused marketer with more than 15 years of brand, performance and strategy experience.

He setup Omnicom’s programmatic trading desk in the UK in 2010 and subsequent expansion across Middle East.

KRISTIN WONG WARD
KRISTIN WONG WARDGlobal Director of Content Programming
Kristin is an entertainment executive with experience in Hollywood and emerging markets.

At iflix she oversees the content programming and content marketing for the company.

Prior to moving to Kuala Lumpur, she lived in Dubai and worked as a media consultant bridging Hollywood and the Middle East. She helped produce a variety of US TV shows in Dubai, including developing and selling a non-scripted reality show to Facebook Video. Prior to that she worked at Illumination Entertainment where she worked on films including Despicable Me, Hop, The Lorax, and Despicable Me 2.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioural Neuroscience from the University of California, Los Angeles.

SAM BARRETT
SAM BARRETTGlobal Head of Tax
Sam manages the tax and transfer pricing consequences of the company’s global operations, including compliance, government relations, planning and controversy.

Prior to joining iflix, Sam had 15 years experience working in Head of international Tax and Global Transfer Pricing roles for a number of well-known multinationals, as well as a Big 4 advisor in Sweden, US, UK, Luxembourg and Mexico.

Sam is a frequent speaker and panellist at global tax and transfer pricing conferences.

JON GREGORY
JON GREGORYOperations Director
Jon manages operations globally including Customer Service, Content Localization, Content Operations and Graphic Design/Video Editing.

Prior to joining iflix, Jon worked in consulting for 7 years in the UK and Asia on a number of high profile IT programmes for well-known multinational organizations.

KIMMY SURAPHONGCHAI
KIMMY SURAPHONGCHAICountry Manager of iflix Thailand
Kimmy is a career management consultant-turned-entrepreneur-turned iflix. She is an expert in marketing and business development.

Prior to joining iflix she was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Claris Consulting, a strategic planning and business development manager for Novartis and Big C Supercenter before co-founding a start-up to offer ad-sponsored free calls. She joined iflix in early 2015 as Country Manager of iflix Thailand.

SHERWIN DELA CRUZ
SHERWIN DELA CRUZiflix Philippines General Manager
Sherwin spearheads all local efforts to put the entertainment revolution into as many hands and devices as possible.

Prior to iflix, after a stint at IBM, Sherwin built a career leading a number of startup companies geared towards changing consumer behavior in both the trade and entertainment industries.

Sherwin graduated with a degree in Communications Technology Management from Ateneo De Manila University.

DIANA BOO
DIANA BOOCountry Manager of iflix Malaysia & Brunei
With over 20 years in the advertising, digital media and ad technology space in Southeast Asia, Diana brings extensive digital marketing experience and a proven track record in partnership management and business growth.

Prior to joining iflix, she helmed Publisher Solutions for CtrlShift’s Southeast Asian business for over nine years. Prior to CtrlShft, Boo held senior roles at renowned advertising agencies BBDO/ Proximity and Saatchi & Saatchi before expanding her portfolio to digital media.

JASON MONTEIRO
JASON MONTEIROHead of iflix Indonesia
Jason has over 18 years of multinational experience and distinguished commercial success in the telecommunications sector across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He brings a rich mix of diversified operations experience as well as a proven track record in business growth.

Previously serving as Group Head of Propositions & Segment Marketing for Indosat Ooredoo (‘Indosat’) in Indonesia, he was instrumental in the company’s commercial success with outstanding revenue and market share growth. Prior to Indosat, Mr. Monteiro was part of the original start up team at Vodafone Qatar and served in senior Marketing and Sales capacities for over six years in the Middle East, where the company enjoyed tremendous success in gaining significant market in a short time.

NGOZI MADUEKE-DOZIE
NGOZI MADUEKE-DOZIEGeneral Manager - West Africa
Ngozi is an experienced professional in the technology, mobile and entertainment eco system.

Prior to joining Kwesé iflix as its West Africa GM, she served as the Consulting Country Manager and Business Development Director at Viacom, Nigeria. She also served as the Growth and Partnerships Manager for West and Central Africa for Facebook. She was also the GeoMarketing Manager at MTN Nigeria and the Chief Partnerships Officer at Iroko TV.

She holds a BSc in Management Information Systems and Decision Science and an MSc in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management.
