Marc’s strong track record in growing businesses, leading large teams, and developing and building effective work cultures has cemented his reputation as a passionate, progressive and strategic leader.
Prior to his current role, Marc was the COO of iflix from 2016, where he led the business’ global expansion and was responsible for the company’s core operating functions in markets across Asia.
Before iflix, Marc spent 8 years with Microsoft, Mi9 and ninemsn in various senior roles including COO, APAC Sales Director and General Manager. Marc was a Director at The Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology, Rate City and was the inaugural Chairman of the Australian Premium Exchange (APEX), the world’s first premium mobile ad exchange.
Marc was also named the Australian Financial Review Boss Magazine ‘Young Executive of the Year’ in 2014 and AdNews’ 2012 ‘Top 40 under 40’.

Under his stewardship, iflix Originals hit several milestones including the platform’s best-ever performing series in both Magic Hour (Indonesia) and KL Gangster Underworld (Malaysia); a stand-up comedy roster that continues to push censorship boundaries; and a bold documentary about the 2018 Malaysian elections. Their continued success will see Originals output grow from an initial 40 hours in 2018, to more than 250 hours over 2019.
Mark previously served as VP of Commissioning and Regional Programming for National Geographic Partners in London. Prior to that, he was Head of Production for Fox Networks Group APAC & Middle East, and began his TV broadcasting career at Discovery Networks Asia Pacific.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Goldsmiths, University of London.

She holds a Master of Arts in Law and Modern & Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.

Prior to joining iflix, Jon worked in consulting for 7 years in the UK and Asia on a number of high profile IT programmes for well-known multinational organizations.

Kristin is a technology professional with more than 12 years experience in product development with leading telco, media and technology companies in South East Asia.
She is passionate about creating engaging digital products through data-driven design.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Electronics with a major in Telecommunications from Multimedia University.

Prior to iflix, after a stint at IBM, Sherwin built a career leading a number of startup companies geared towards changing consumer behavior in both the trade and entertainment industries.
Sherwin graduated with a degree in Communications Technology Management from Ateneo De Manila University.

Passionate about growing the Malaysian tech and online media ecosystem and a strong believer in its potential, he was Director of the CEO’s Office at Catcha Group, one of Southeast Asia’s leading internet groups focused on building and investing in disruptive internet companies across emerging markets globally.
Prior to his work at Catcha Group, Dinesh was an investment banker with JP Morgan in its London and San Francisco offices.
He graduated with a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College.
